Heating scheme |
1.4.1 |
Due to high productivity, to ensure that the temperature difference between the workpiece core surface and the axial (front and rear ends of the workpiece) meets the process requirements, we design to use three stages of preheating, raising temperature, and heating (uniform temperature) to heat the workpiece.

1.4.2 |
Preheating section
1.4.2.1 |
The workpiece has magnetism inside the Curie point, and four IGBT power supplies with IGBT-1000KW/500-700Hz and two sets of induction heating furnaces are used to heat the workpiece. The maximum temperature difference between the core and surface of the workpiece is controlled at 200 ℃, so that the surface of the workpiece out of the induction furnace reaches 760 ℃ (demagnetization).

1.4.3 |
Warming section
1.4.3.1 |
The demagnetized workpiece enters the temperature raising stage, and two IGBT power supplies with IGBT-1000KW/2000-3000Hz and three sets of induction heating furnaces are used to heat the workpiece. The maximum temperature difference between the core and surface of the workpiece is controlled at 80 ℃, so that the surface temperature of the workpiece is raised to 1000 ℃ after leaving the induction furnace.

1.4.4 |
Heating (average temperature) section
1.4.4.1 |
At this stage, the workpiece is further heated and the temperature difference on the core surface of the workpiece is further reduced. Two IGBT power supplies with IGBT-1000KW/3000-4000Hz and two sets of induction heating furnaces are used to heat the workpiece. The surface of the workpiece is further raised to 1100 ± 50 ℃, so that the temperature difference on the core surface of the workpiece is 50 ℃, and the temperature difference between the front and rear ends of the workpiece is within 30 ℃.
